Applicants who have completed
an approved teacher education program but
have not been certified must complete the
following steps:
By submitting a completed application packet
your request for certification will be expedited.

Request

STEP 1
Complete the two-page
application.
Submit the FBI fingerprint card.
Submit the non-refundable $75 processing fee.
STEP 2
a. Submit an official,
sealed transcript from each college or university
attended.
b. Submit a "College Recommendation Form"
from designated college official.

Submit passing scores
for the required Praxis II specialty area
exams.
