To ensure, through licensing
standards, that each student is served by
caring, competent, and qualified education
professionals who meet the highest academic
and ethical standards of the profession.
The goals for the Office of Certification/Licensure
are:
To reduce the amount of
processing time of applications for all customers
To increase ongoing support and technical
assistance to school districts and institutions
of higher education
To improve the office communication system
and to provide clear and consistent information
to customers regarding certification/licensure
rules, procedures, and processes
To improve customer satisfaction with the
service and products provided by the office
The Office of Certification/Licensure
is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:30
p.m. EST.
