SUBMISSION ALERT FOR
ONLINE APPLICANTS. Please do not submit
both an online application and a paper application
for the same credential! Doing so will delay
your application review.
CREDENTIAL EVALUATION
REQUESTED BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 2005. If
you have asked for an evaluation of your credentials
(as distinct from an application for a certification),
please note that due to the numbers of actual
applications we cannot do any evaluations
until September 2005. However, you may convert
your evaluation request to an application
by payment of the fee balance and by submitting
supporting documents; if your original evaluation
request was submitted before May 1, 2005,
your revised request will be treated as an
expedited application.
CREDENTIAL EVALUATION
REQUESTED AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2005. Please
note that due to the increasing number of
certification applications, the Office of
Licensure and Credentials will not accept
further requests for evaluation of your credentials
(as distinct from applications for licenses)
after September 1, 2005. The Office will make
available in September updated guidelines
for certification endorsements.
New licensing regulations,
