Licensing. Here you will find the information
and the requirements you need to obtain an
educator license in Colorado. Our Frequently
Asked Questions (FAQ) pages should answer
all of your questions about licensing in Colorado.
However, if you have questions that are not
answered here, please call in or e-mail your
questions to the Educator Licensing office.
All of the applications
for licensing are now on-line for you to download.
The
Educator Licensing Applications Wizard
will guide you in locating the application(s)
appropriate to your situation. First time
applicants will have an opportunity to fill
out an address label to get a fingerprint
card mailed to them or can call the Educator
Licensing office to request a fingerprint
card.
FINGERPRINT CARD REQUIREMENTS
Beginning March 1, 2004,
each applicant for a Colorado educator license,
authorization or endorsement, including the
renewal of a license or authorization, is
required to submit , at the time of application,
a complete set of his or her fingerprints
taken by a qualified law enforcement agency
and a fingerprint card processing fee....
